Package exchange and return

If the goods arrive damaged inside the package, please contact our customer service within 2 days of receipt. In all cases, we ask for a photo that clearly shows the damage. If you do not wish to have the repair carried out, and you provide a valid reason for this, we will refund the price in full, in the same way as payment. Please always refer to the order number!

In our webshop, we provide maximum secure credit card payment with the Barion payment interface.

By email

You can also pay for your gift when you pick up your parcel, but you can only pay cash at the courier. The amount of the cash on delivery is HUF 490.

In our sample shop

In our Szombathely store (9700 Szombathely, Bejczy István u. 1-3. fszt.13.) you can pay by credit card and cash at the time of pick-up.

By bank transfer

You can also pay for your order by bank transfer, but please note that this may take some time to process!

Package damage

If the parcel arrives noticeably damaged on receipt, you can take delivery, but be sure to ask for a damage report!

Internal luggage damage

If the product is damaged inside the package, please contact our customer service within 2 days of receipt. In all cases, we ask for a photo that clearly shows the damage. Quality complaint

If you’re not satisfied with the quality or if you have a problem with the product, we’ll find a solution within a short time. Send us an email with the problem, error or shortage you are experiencing and we will try to resolve it quickly. Our quality control process doesn’t allow many errors, but if you do find one, we’ll be there to replace it.
